Sloan Certificate Program 2012: Draft of Tentative Course Schedule for KSU 4401: Senior Seminar
Sloan Certificate Program 2012: Draft of Tentative Course Schedule for KSU 4401: Senior Seminar
Tentative Course Schedule: Assignments, Discussions, & Assessments*
Changes to schedule will be discussed via Vista Georgia View email before implementation.
(*Note to Sloan Colleagues: The Tentative Course Schedule is presented in two parts. First, the dates grouped according to the three course components; secondly, a weekly calendar with including the assignments, discussions, and assessments. Part One is how I have the tentative schedule posted in my Hybrid Class – it made sense to group them that way because the assignments build the portfolio and the discussions have the students review the resources for the course modules. Since I am with the students once a week, it seems to be easy to review the schedule each week. However, I created the weekly schedule, see Part Two below as a result of reading the materials on developing an online syllabus. When teaching a discipline based class, I provided a weekly schedule, however, since KSU 4401: Senior Seminar is a course on transitioning to post university life, the first grouping schedule seemed to work. After reading the material on creating the online syllabus, the weekly schedule is really necessary.)
